Tabatha supports our team and clients daily. And works as a recovery coach in the blue mountains. Tabatha is qualified in trauma-informed counselling,  positive psychology, and other therapy modalities including ACT & CBT.

Jess has extensive experience in administration and support work, with a solid understanding of the NDIS. As well as recovery coaching, she works alongside Tabatha and Sophie behind the scenes supporting those we work with.

Sophie helps manage our team and facilitate supports, working closely with our clients and other providers. She offers recovery coaching online/in person with 8+ experience in complex mental health, NDIS including lived experience.
