I began my first blog after some big events in my life in 2013.  I’ve been writing and blogging for years, both personally and professionally as a ghostwriter and featured writer on a number of publications before pursuing a career in mental health. My intention is to share stories to inspire hope and courage through adversity and everyday challenges. I believe expressing yourself creatively through whatever medium that may be even if It’s only for yourself, can be empowering. Evidence shows us, In addition to sharing stories as a way to connect with others, doing so can facilitate the healing process for ourselves and those we are sharing our stories with. Read more here
