About Well Creative Minds
Well Creative Minds (WCM) offers niche (mental health focused & trauma-informed) psychosocial recovery coaching and support services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and their families who are experiencing unique mental health-related challenges or conditions that severely impacts them from living a full and contributing life.
Well Creative Minds was founded in 2020 by an independent support worker and psychology student (who is now almost a generally registered psychologist). Since then, WCM has grown organically & predominantly through word of mouth into a team of experienced & qualified individuals dedicated to providing a unique, personalised service.
We provide services in Sydney and Blue Mountains areas.
We work collaboratively with the participant’s wider network of providers, support coordinators and allied health team to help participants feel empowered and supported as they achieve their goals that promote well-being, and personal development so they can live life to the full, as independently as possible. Our services are individualised, flexible, evidence-based, holistic, and collaborative with a person-centred focus.

Everyone from management through to the admin team and trickling down to the on the ground support workers are appreciated, treated with respect and given opportunities to develop their skills both personally and professionally. This creates an enriched environment that benefits not only the employees but the clients they serve as well.
